As a Virtual Special Education Teacher, you will offer comprehensive educational support to K-12 students with special needs through our innovative virtual platform. Join our team and make a significant impact on students' lives while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement personalized education plans for a caseload of students with diverse learning needs.
- Conduct virtual instructional sessions, creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and related service providers to ensure students' educational goals are achieved.
- Utilize cutting-edge assistive technologies and resources to enhance student engagement and success.
- Monitor student progress, assess their performance, and provide prompt feedback.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student accomplishments and interventions.

Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field.
- Possess a valid teaching certification for Oklahoma in Special Education.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a special education setting.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
- Be comfortable using technology for instruction and communication with students and colleagues.
- Have a reliable internet connection and access to a computer with video conferencing capabilities.
- Be comfortable working as an independent contractor.
