Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a difference from the comfort of your own home? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse range of students, assisting them in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their potential. As an essential member of our teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders; create custom IEPs for individual students.
• Provide direct therapy, monitor improvements, and tweak treatments as needed.
• Work hand-in-hand with educators and parents to help students communicate better.
• Screen students, keep thorough records, and take part in collaborative meetings.
• Advocate for students, offer training, and stay on top of your professional game.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Alabama Teaching Certification required
• Alabama SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $40-$45
