Alabama/ Illinois/ Maryland Remote Special Education Teacher Needed for Remainder of the School Year

We are seeking to hire a Remote Special Education Teacher in the following states. What we are looking for:

• Full time candidate
• Must be available during school hours
• Job Capabilities:
  • Responsible for assessing, instructing, and adapting learning for students with disabilities.
  • Assist students with physical, cognitive, and behavioral disorders
  • Create or revise IEPs, collaborate with general education teachers, or differentiate instruction to allow all students access to information

Remote special education teachers follow the same general framework and duties that in-person instructors do by utilizing our videoconference technology. Many special education students, especially, can thrive with our engaging, interactive online model. IEPs are virtual, which allows students, parents, administrators, and service providers to interact effortlessly. VocoVision provides training to all involved so that student progress is not interrupted.

Job Details:

• 1099 Independent Contract
• Guaranteed Hours weekly
• 100% full remote, all you need is a working device (laptop or PC)
• Equal Pay for indirect and direct services

Qualifications/Requirements

• Masters Level Degree in Special Education
• MUST HOLD EITHER A ALABAMA, ILLINOIS, or MARYLAND Teaching Certification with K-12 special needs endorsement to be considered
• 2 years of recent teaching experience within schools
