Are you a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a positive impact from home? We’re seeking a dedicated SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
Engage with a diverse group of students, guiding them through communication challenges and helping them achieve their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions.

Job Duties:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; implement individualized IEPs for each student.
- Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans to support development.
- Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to address students’ communication needs effectively.
- Conduct screenings, maintain documentation, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Advocate for students’ needs, provide training to staff, and engage in professional growth activities.
Requirements/Benefits:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Arkansas Teaching Certification required
- Arkansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $45-$55
