Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this position, you will partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to help students with communication disorders through personalized teletherapy sessions. Multiple positions are available, involving both direct therapy and case management tasks. Compensation ranges from $65 to $70 per hour.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid California state license and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) are highly desirable.
• Experience working with children in school settings is essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for supporting student achievement.
• Proficiency with teletherapy technology and platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Applicants must be comfortable operating as Independent Contractors.
• Candidates will need to pass a technical assessment to confirm adequate Wi-Fi, download speeds, and Zoom proficiency for virtual work.
• Contractors must obtain professional liability insurance before commencing any assignments.
