Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide direct therapy, track progress, and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to address and support communication needs.
• Perform screenings, maintain detailed records, and actively participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
• Support students' needs, stay abreast of industry advancements, and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current California Teaching Certification OR California SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $55-$65 
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
