Colorado SLP (Virtual position)

Here at VocoVision, we take the highly-specialized skillset of Speech Language Pathologists and help them to transfer those skills to a virtual setting. Here, the therapist will help with both treating the students as well as teaching them virtual skills that will stick with them for years to come. The duties of our SLPs mirror that of in-person therapists. These can include:

• Plans, prepares, and delivers individualized services for children with speech and language needs
• Meets deadlines with evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis  
• Improve language development, articulation, and social communication
• Case management

Job Specifics:

• Full-time (30 hrs/week)
• Monday-Thursday 
• Middle School caseload
• Provide diagnostics and therapy to kiddos with communication disorders including aphasia, apraxia, dysarthria, and voice disorders
• Participate in school IEP, MFE, parent, and team meetings
• Schedule and execute assessments clearly and effectively

Candidate Qualifications:

• Master of Speech Language Pathology
• Colorado Licensure
• ASHA Certification
• CCCs
• 2+ years' school experience, Middle School Preferred
• Not required to be bilingual. Monolingual is considered!
