Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a flexible role that allows you to make an impact? We’re looking for a skilled SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

Work closely with students to address communication challenges and help them achieve their goals. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, implementing customized IEPs for effective student support.
Deliver therapy services, track progress, and update treatment plans to achieve desired outcomes.
Work together with teachers, parents, and school staff to meet communication goals.
Perform screenings, document findings, and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
Support student advocacy, provide training to staff, and stay engaged in professional learning.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
Delaware SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
