Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking a motivated SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

You’ll work with a diverse group of students, guiding them through communication challenges and helping them reach academic milestones. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, and voice disorders, developing IEPs to target specific student needs.
Deliver direct therapeutic services, track outcomes, and adjust interventions based on progress.
Partner with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication and language development.
Perform screenings, maintain thorough records, and participate in team meetings for holistic planning.
Champion student needs through advocacy, staff education, and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
Delaware SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
Clinical/Technical Team on standby
