Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist Teletherapy Role
VocoVision is looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist for a remote position within a Delaware school district. Teletherapy offers a unique opportunity to support students with speech impairments, especially in regions where on-site services are limited, providing increased flexibility for therapists.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote evaluations, diagnoses, and therapy for students with speech impairments.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess students needing special education services.
- Work closely with the Special Education Coordinator to create IEP goals and treatment plans.
- Be a resource to school staff on speech, language, and literacy development.
- Collect and analyze data to assess student progress and school improvement.
- Assist in differentiating instruction to foster better student engagement.
Skills:
- Experience in teletherapy is preferred, but not required. Full training and support will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with students, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting software.
- Ability to troubleshoot common issues with speech therapy tools and software.
- A commitment to supporting students from diverse backgrounds, including those with disabilities and at-risk children.
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail when managing sensitive student data.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in a school-based setting.
- Experience in articulation, receptive, and expressive speech therapy is a plus.
- Teletherapy experience is a bonus.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
License:
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Must be licensed in both the state of residence and the state of the school district.
