Help students overcome communication barriers and achieve academic success. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop personalized education plans (IEPs) and offer individualized therapy sessions that address each student’s unique needs.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders, implementing tailored IEPs for student growth.
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust plans to meet changing student needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to foster effective communication strategies.
- Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and participate in team discussions.
- Advocate for students, provide staff training, and engage in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Current Delaware Teaching Certification optional
- Delaware SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $42+
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- Clinical/Technical Team on standby
