Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and identify their specific needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and your clinical expertise.
• Provide evidence-based teletherapy services through a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Foster effective collaboration with parents, teachers, and professionals to ensure well-coordinated services.
• Continuously monitor student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and track progress towards goals.
• Participate in virtual meetings and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and enhance professional development.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Possess or be willing to obtain licensure as an SLP in Kansas.
• Maintain ASHA CCC certification.
• ACC Experience a PLUS!!
• Demonstrate experience working with children and adolescents with communication disorders.
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions for speech and language disorders.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing teletherapy platforms and technology.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage a caseload of students.
