You’ll work with a variety of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; implement individualized IEPs to support student success.
• Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and make adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
• Work with educators, parents, and staff to address communication barriers.
• Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in team planning meetings.
• Support student advocacy, provide professional training to staff, and stay informed on the latest developments.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Florida Teaching Certification preferred
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
