Position Overview:
VocoVision is looking for a licensed and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our remote team. This 1099 contract position provides the flexibility to work with students across Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing communication disorders, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering speech therapy services through teletherapy, while collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and screenings to identify speech and language disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on the needs of each student.
• Provide direct speech therapy services through telepractice platforms.
• Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive the necessary support.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Stay current on the latest research and best practices in speech therapy.

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Florida.
• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with teletherapy or willingness to adapt to virtual platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for telepractice.
• A passion for supporting student success.
