- Pay Range: $43-48/hour

If you’re a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) looking for flexibility, VocoVision is currently hiring virtual SLPs to support a school district in North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders or delays.
- Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to meet students' individual communication goals.
- Provide virtual speech and language therapy using proven, evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other staff to integrate communication goals into students' educational programs.
- Track and document students' progress towards their goals, adjusting therapy as necessary.
- Offer guidance to educators and parents on strategies for communication development in virtual learning settings.
- Participate in virtual IEP meetings and other team meetings.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest practices and research in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Active North Carolina SLP license.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Prior experience in school-based or similar settings preferred.
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and remote communication tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, particularly in a virtual setting.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Dedication to providing culturally responsive and equitable services.
