Full-Time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Work from Home
Location: Remote – Maryland School District
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Are you an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist ready to make a meaningful difference while working from home? We are seeking a full-time, remote SLP to provide teletherapy services for a school district in Maryland. In this flexible role, you will work with students of all ages, helping them develop crucial communication skills in an engaging virtual environment.
Core Responsibilities:

Provide remote therapy for students, including both direct and indirect services
Manage a diverse caseload tailored to district needs
Complete assessments, develop individualized therapy plans, and ensure IEP goals are met
Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students’ academic and communication growth
Keep thorough documentation of therapy sessions and progress

What You Need to Succeed:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
State licensure in Maryland
2+ years of school-based therapy experience
Proficient in teletherapy platforms and tools
Strong time-management skills
