Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' cognitive, emotional, and behavioral strengths and needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services to students, addressing a wide range of social-emotional issues.
• Support the implementation of evidence-based strategies and interventions to promote positive student outcomes.
• Conduct crisis interventions and risk assessments when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student records in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

• Master's or doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Tennessee state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and caseloads in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in using technology platforms for remote assessment, counseling, and collaboration.
