Fully Remote Speech Language Pathologist Job in Columbia, SC

VocoVision is collaborating with a school district in Columbia, South Carolina, to find a remote speech therapist (SLP) who can assist students for this ongoing school year on a part-time independent contracting basis. This independent contracting position will give you the flexibility to provide the same onsite obligations all from the comfort of your home. If you are interested, we require a minimum of two years of previous school experience.

Details:

• All VocoVision contracts are 1099.
• Caseload includes students in the K-5 age range with mild to moderate needs.
• Part-time hours, which can be discussed further based on your availability.

Requirements:

• Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Maintain a valid South Carolina state license to practice speech therapy.
• Carry professional liability insurance coverage as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Provide direct intervention and therapy to students based on IEP needs.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings with parents, faculty, and other professionals.
