Fully Remote Speech Language Pathologist Job in Rome, GA

VocoVision is partnering with a school district in Rome, Georgia, to find a remote speech therapist (SLP) who can assist students in need for this ongoing school year on a part-time basis. If you are interested, we require a minimum of two years of previous school experience. This position will treat you as your own independent contractor.

Details:

• All VocoVision contracts are 1099.
• Caseload includes students in the K-5 age range with mild to moderate needs.
• Part-time hours (which can be discussed further).

Requirements:

• Possess a Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Maintain a valid Georgia state license to practice speech therapy.
• Carry professional liability insurance coverage as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Provide direct intervention and therapy to students based on IEP needs.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings with parents, faculty, and other professionals.
