Fully Remote Speech Language Pathologist Job in Tucson, AZ

VocoVision is collaborating with a school district in Tucson, Arizona, to find a remote speech therapist (SLP) to assist students for this ongoing school year on a full-time independent contracting basis. This independent contracting position provides you with the flexibility to fulfill the same onsite responsibilities while working from your home. If you are interested, we require a minimum of two years of previous school experience.

Details:

• All VocoVision contracts are 1099.
• Caseload includes students in the K-5 age range with mild to moderate needs.
• Full-time hours - 37.5 expected hours per week.
• Any indirect hours (i.e., IEP reporting) can be completed at your convenience.

Requirements:

• Possess a Master s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Hold an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence.
• Maintain a valid Arizona state license to practice speech therapy.
• Carry professional liability insurance coverage as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs.
• Provide direct intervention and therapy to students based on IEP needs.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings with parents, faculty, and other professionals.
