• 30-36 hours per week, flexible scheduling
• Caseload: 12 students, various communication needs
• 1099 Contract Role

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments in a virtual format.
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Use engaging and evidence-based methods in therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to achieve student goals.
• Document and analyze student progress, making necessary adjustments.
• Join virtual IEP meetings and provide expert input.
• Stay current with teletherapy practices and technology.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid New Mexico SLP license and ASHA certification.
• Two years of experience in school settings preferred.
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and reliable internet connection.
