Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Virtual Deaf and Hard of Hearing Teacher to be part of our inclusive network. As a specialized educator, you'll play a vital role in providing virtual support and tailored instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing, empowering them to thrive in their educational journey.

Responsibilities:

Utilize virtual platforms and technology to deliver engaging and accessible lessons for students with hearing challenges.
Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to each student's unique needs and learning styles.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other educators to ensure seamless communication and support.
Offer support and resources to classroom teachers to ensure an inclusive learning environment.
Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in Deaf and Hard of Hearing education.

Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Deaf Education, Special Education, or a related field.
Relevant teaching certification or licensure for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education.
Proficient in using virtual teaching platforms and technology for remote instruction.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students and their families.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
