Virtual Special Education Instructor (1099 Contract)

Location: Wisconsin (Remote)
Contract Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Virtual Special Education Instructor to provide personalized instruction and support to K-12 students in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering an inclusive and adaptive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with student IEP goals.

• Utilize virtual platforms and assistive technologies to enhance learning experiences.

• Provide direct instruction and interventions based on student needs.

• Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff to develop learning strategies.

• Track and report student progress while maintaining compliance with special education laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.

• Wisconsin Special Education teaching certification required.

• At least two years of experience working with students with disabilities.

• Proficiency in virtual teaching platforms and assistive technology.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
