Responsibilities:

• Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students; develop and implement personalized IEPs.
• Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to facilitate communication support.
• Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and contribute to team planning meetings.
• Advocate for students, keep current with field developments, and pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Virginia Teaching Certification optional
• Virginia SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
