Responsibilities:
- Evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students; develop and implement personalized IEPs.
- Deliver therapy services, monitor progress, and modify treatment plans based on individual needs.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to facilitate communication support.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough records, and contribute to team planning meetings.
- Advocate for students, keep current with field developments, and pursue professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Virginia Teaching Certification optional
- Virginia SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
