Are you a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a positive impact on students' lives? We are looking for a skilled SLP to provide high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will support a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As an essential member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions that cater to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and assess communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and execute individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Provide therapy services, track student progress, and make adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support students’ communication development.
• Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and actively participate in team discussions for planning.
• Advocate for students, stay updated on advancements in the field, and pursue continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required 
• Pennsylvania SLP license optional
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $50-$55
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
