We are seeking a dedicated School Social Worker to make a positive impact on students' lives. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and mental well-being of our students. You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and community resources to address students' unique needs and challenges.

This applicant must be able to complete a short tech screening prior to the interview and be comfortable using virtual communication tools.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
State of Illinois School Social Worker certification.
Previous experience as a School Social Worker, ideally with remote or virtual experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in virtual counseling platforms and technology tools.
Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to supporting students' social and emotional development.
