Join Our Team as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to join our team and deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse student populations, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a member of our innovative teletherapy team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide tailored therapy sessions that address the unique needs of each student.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Deliver therapeutic services directly, monitor student progress, and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support the communication needs of students.
• Conduct screenings, maintain organized records, and participate in team meetings for effective planning.
• Advocate for students’ communication needs, keep up with research trends, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required 
• Pennsylvania SLP license optional
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $50-$55
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
