Independent Contract Special Education Teacher | Michigan Virtual Schools

Job Description:

We are hiring a licensed Special Education Teacher to join VocoVision and support K-12 students in Michigan through teletherapy. This remote position for the 2024-2025 school year combines flexibility with meaningful teaching.

Responsibilities:

Provide customized virtual instruction to meet the unique needs of students.
Work closely with educators and families to implement IEP goals.
Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation throughout the year.

Position Information:

Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Duration: Immediate start through May 2024
Caseload: K-12 students

Qualifications:

Michigan Special Education teaching license
At least two years of school-based teaching experience
Proficiency in teletherapy tools and online service delivery
