Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a significant impact in students’ lives while working from home? We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.

In this position, you’ll support a diverse group of students, helping them navigate communication challenges and achieve their academic goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s specific needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design individualized IEPs to address student-specific needs.
• Provide therapy services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatment plans as required.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school personnel to support student communication.
• Conduct screenings, keep thorough documentation, and contribute to team meetings for comprehensive support planning.
• Support students’ advocacy, train staff, and engage in ongoing professional learning.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $35-$45
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
