Kansas-Based Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity
Empower Students as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!
Are you a committed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to inspire students remotely? We’re seeking a skilled SLP to provide top-notch virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this position, you will assist students in overcoming communication obstacles and reaching their academic goals. Work alongside educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate communication disorders; design and apply individualized IEPs for each student.
- Offer direct therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and staff to address and enhance students’ communication needs.
- Conduct screenings, maintain thorough documentation, and actively participate in team planning meetings.
- Advocate for student needs, provide training for staff, and engage in continuous professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Kansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
