Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with stakeholders.
  • Customize instruction and utilize diverse methods, including sign language and technology.
  • Collaborate with educators to ensure seamless integration of accommodations.
  • Conduct assessments and refine strategies to track student progress.
  • Address communication and hearing needs collaboratively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Deaf Education or related field.
  • Valid teaching license or eligibility for licensure in Deaf Education.
  • TDHH certification preferred.
  • Previous experience with students who are deaf or hard of hearing preferred.
