In this role, you will support a diverse student population, helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve their academic goals. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; develop and implement IEPs to target student needs.
• Deliver therapy services, monitor outcomes, and revise treatment plans as necessary.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to support communication goals for students.
• Perform screenings, keep accurate documentation, and contribute to team discussions for comprehensive planning.
• Support student advocacy, provide training for staff, and continue engaging in professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
• Florida SLP license required
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
• Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
