Massachusetts-Based Remote Speech Language Pathologist Position

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a real difference while working remotely? We are looking for a talented SLP to deliver high-quality virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to support students in overcoming communication challenges and achieving their academic goals. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and assess disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; design IEPs to target specific needs.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor student progress, and make adjustments to treatment strategies as required.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals.
- Conduct screenings, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
- Support students through advocacy, provide training to staff, and pursue professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Massachusetts SLP license required
- Massachusetts teaching certification required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Highlights:

- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
- School hours
