Massachusetts Remote Speech Language Pathologist Wanted

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) excited to make an impact while working from home? We are seeking a skilled SLP to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you’ll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy sessions tailored to each student’s specific needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement individualized IEPs.
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Work with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication and language needs.
- Conduct screenings, document findings, and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions.
- Advocate for students’ needs, provide training to staff, and engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or related field
- Massachusetts SLP license required
- Massachusetts teaching certification required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
