In this role, you will work with a diverse group of students, assisting them in overcoming communication barriers and achieving their full potential. As a vital member of our teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions that cater to each student's specific needs.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and assess communication disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide therapy services directly to students, monitor their progress, and modify treatment as needed.
Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and school staff to address students’ communication challenges.
Conduct screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and actively engage in planning meetings.
Champion advocacy for students, keep updated on new trends in the field, and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current Michigan Teaching Certification required
Active MIchigan SLP license required
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
