Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose communication disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Provide effective speech and language therapy to clients of all ages in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with caregivers, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in the field of speech pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- State licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
