VocoVision is excited to partner with a well-respected school district in Nevada to fill a Sign Language Interpreter role. This position is fully virtual, allowing for a home-based work experience.

Position Details:

37.5 hours per week
Typically 1:1 interpreting for a middle school student (ASL)
Highly supportive Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH)

Requirements:

Minimum EIPA score of 4.0 (must have passed the written test with proof of documentation)
Relevant certification in sign language interpreting
Experience working with middle school students, preferably in an educational setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (TDHH)
