Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a significant impact in students' lives from the comfort of your home? We are looking for an enthusiastic SLP to provide exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and reach their full potential. Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver personalized therapy sessions tailored to each student’s needs.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Deliver therapy services directly, monitor student outcomes, and adjust treatment strategies as required.
- Work in partnership with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance communication support.
- Conduct screenings, document progress, and engage in team planning for student success.
- Champion student advocacy, provide resources to staff, and pursue ongoing professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
- North Dakota SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
