Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a positive impact in students' lives while working from home? We are seeking a skilled and passionate SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will assist a diverse group of students in overcoming communication challenges and reaching their full potential. As an integral part of our teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver customized therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and evaluate speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create and implement customized IEPs based on student needs.
- Administer direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust treatment strategies as required.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and staff to ensure communication support for students.
- Conduct screenings, document progress, and contribute to team meetings for planning purposes.
- Advocate for students' communication needs, offer staff guidance, and pursue ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- North Dakota Teaching Certification required OR
- North Dakota SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
