As a Remote Special Education Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs. Your mission is to ensure every student gets the personalized education they deserve, all while working remotely and connecting with students in the beautiful state of Minnesota.

This applicant must be able to complete a short tech screening prior to any interview. The position will also be a 1099 contract and applicant will be required to obtain liability insurance upon hire.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field.
Minnesota Special Education Teaching Certification.
Prior experience in special education or related roles.
Excellent remote teaching and communication skills.
Proficiency in online teaching platforms and technology.
Ability to adapt instruction to various learning styles and abilities.
A collaborative, patient, and compassionate approach to working with students and families.
A genuine passion for ensuring all students have access to quality education.
