Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • State licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Alabama.
  • Previous clinical experience in occupational therapy preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with expertise in evaluating and treating individuals across the lifespan.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing patient needs.
  • Commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning.
