In this role, you'll work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication barriers and achieve their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you’ll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions designed to meet each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose issues in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement effective individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Deliver therapy, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to support communication development.
• Perform screenings, maintain precise records, and contribute to team planning sessions.
• Advocate for students, keep up with the latest research, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Ohio Teaching Certification 
• Ohio SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Highlights:

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $45-$55
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
