Responsibilities:

Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and apply individualized education plans (IEPs).
Deliver therapy services, track progress, and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support effective communication strategies.
Carry out screenings, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings for coordinated planning.
Support students’ needs, stay updated on industry trends, and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Current Minnesota Teaching Certification required
Minnesota SLP license optional
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection

Highlights:

1099 Position
Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
