In this role, you will support a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and unlock their full potential. As part of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and evaluate communication disorders in speech, language, voice, and fluency; craft and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide therapeutic services, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans as required.
• Work with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance students' communication abilities.
• Conduct assessments, maintain thorough records, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
• Promote student advocacy, stay current with industry trends, and engage in continuous professional education.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Ohio Teaching Certification 
• Ohio SLP license
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fast/reliable computer & internet connection 
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

• 1099 Position 
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Hourly Rate: $45-$55
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
