Join Us as a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist!
Are you a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a meaningful remote opportunity? We are seeking a skilled SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you will engage with diverse students and help them overcome communication barriers. Partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; create personalized IEPs for effective interventions.
- Deliver therapy sessions, monitor outcomes, and revise treatment plans to meet evolving student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance communication strategies.
- Conduct screenings, maintain detailed records, and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning.
- Support student advocacy, provide staff training, and pursue ongoing professional learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
- Kansas SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders
- Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
Highlights:
- 1099 Position
- Guaranteed Weekly Hours
- Hourly Rate: $40-$50
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
