Part-Time Remote Audiologist Position in Greeley, CO

VocoVision is currently seeking a part-time fully remote Audiologist to support K-12 students for the current school year. This position offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home. With all VocoVision opportunities, you will be treated as an independent contractor to help with financial flexibility. We do require two years of previous experience in a school setting for further consideration.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited institution.
• Valid Colorado audiology license through national Praxis exam.
• American Board of Audiology (ABA) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an audiologist (preferably in a school setting).
• Reliable home internet connection and appropriate equipment for remote work.

Position Details:

• Part-time position (70 hours per year; specific hours to be determined).
• 9-student caseload (K-12 based on personal experience and preference).
• Weekly pay.
• Fully remote position with work-life flexibility.
• Compensation for both direct and indirect services (e.g., report development).
• 1099 contracting (no taxes or benefits deducted from hourly rate).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audiological assessments and evaluations for students using telepractice technologies and tools.
• Collaborate with Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop appropriate educational plans for students with hearing loss.
• Assist in fitting, verifying, and managing hearing aids for students who use amplification devices.
• Recommend, implement, and support the use of assistive listening devices for students with hearing loss.
• Develop and implement protocols for remote hearing screenings to identify students who may require further audiological evaluation.
