Part Time Vision Teacher (TVI) - Virtual Teaching Assignment

No need to travel nor relocate!

The Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVIs) will be responsible for using adaptive equipment, orientation & mobility instruction, low vision equipment adaptation, knowledge of UEB (new braille system), and facilitating IEP meetings. You are the liaison between parents, teachers, ophthalmologist, & their community. Clinical and technical training will be provided prior to starting the position.

Contract (1099)
Part-Time 1 - 12 hours weekly

QUALIFICATIONS

License as TVI
Willing to get licensed in Ohio or Virginia
Licensed in state of residence
If needed - ability to attain additional Certifications
