Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working from home? We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic SLP to provide outstanding virtual speech and language services to school-aged children.
In this role, you'll engage with a diverse student population, helping them navigate communication challenges and reach their full potential. As a key member of our innovative teletherapy team, you'll partner with educators, parents, and other professionals to craft individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver tailored therapy sessions.

Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders; design and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
- Deliver therapeutic services, monitor student outcomes, and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance communication support for students.
- Conduct evaluations, maintain accurate records, and participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Advocate for students’ communication needs, stay informed about current practices, and pursue ongoing professional learning.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Vermont Teaching Certification required
- Active Vermont SLP license required
- ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
- Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted
