Position Details:

• Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time (1099 Contract)
• Location: Fully Remote – Serving Pennsylvania Schools
• Caseload: PreK-12 (assignments based on experience and school needs)
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Pay Range: $45-50 per hour (based on experience and caseload)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, set according to school and therapist availability

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual speech and language evaluations to assess students’ needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals.
• Provide direct teletherapy services using interactive tools and strategies.
• Monitor student progress, document sessions, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
• Attend virtual IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams, teachers, and parents to ensure effective communication development.
• Educate families and educators on strategies to support speech and language growth.
• Stay updated on best practices in teletherapy and innovative approaches to online speech therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
• Active Pennsylvania SLP license and teaching certification required.
• All Pennsylvania clearances must be up to date.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (preferred).
• Proficiency with teletherapy technology (training provided if needed).
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a personal computer that meets teletherapy requirements.
