Responsibilities:

Evaluate and diagnose communication disorders including speech, language, voice, and fluency; develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance students’ communication skills.
Conduct screenings, keep detailed documentation, and participate in team meetings for comprehensive planning.
Champion advocacy for students, stay current with research advancements, and pursue professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or related field
Active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required
Pennsylvania SLP license optional
ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
Fast/reliable computer & internet connection
- No Chromebooks/tablets permitted

Guaranteed Weekly Hours
Hourly Rate: $50-$55
- Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods
